Altro was founded in 2025 by two Harvard Business School MBAs, alongside medical advisors who trained at Harvard Medical School, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins and other top institutions.
Our founders built and ran a virtual longevity clinic before Altro, offering the same kinds of services our partners now offer their clients, so we know this work from the inside. Along the way, our team has grown businesses to $1B and secured FDA approvals.
The company was part of the Harvard Accelerator and has won multiple awards, such as the New Venture Competition Award, the Most Promising Entrepreneurs Award, and the Impact Venture Award.
Today we support thousands of users across all 50 states and DC. We work with independent wellness businesses across the country: health coaches, medspas, wellness centers, fitness studios, chiropractors and more.
