Retatrutide is still in Phase 3 clinical trials and hasn't been FDA-approved. Because it's not approved, it can't be legitimately dispensed by a licensed pharmacy — including through 503A compounding. Platforms currently offering it are sourcing gray-market API from unregulated suppliers, which isn't a standard we compromise on. Once it's approved (Lilly is expected to file for approval in 2026), we'll evaluate adding it.
