The clinical oversight fee is per product because the clinician reviews each one individually, whether it's appropriate on its own, and how it fits alongside anything else the client is taking. More products means more to review, which takes additional time.
The shipping fee is per product because products don't always ship together. To offer the best quality and pricing, different products may be compounded at different pharmacies, and each pharmacy compounds to order with its own fulfillment time (typically one to three business days). Some products also require cold-chain shipping while others don't. As a result, one product may arrive sooner than another, and each may ship on its own.
