How do I create a coupon?

Offer promotional codes to your clients

How to Create and Use Coupons in the Portal

Please note: this feature is only available in our Pro tier.

1. Understand what the Coupons feature is for

  • The Coupons feature lets you create promotional codes that discount products clients order.

  • It’s useful for:

    • welcoming new clients with a discount

    • running seasonal promotions

    • offering at-cost pricing to family, employees, or yourself

2. Confirm you have access to the feature

  • Coupons are available only on the Pro plan.

  • If you are on the Starter plan, you will not see this feature unless you upgrade.

  • Pro users will automatically see a Coupons section in the left-hand portal menu.

3. Start creating a new coupon

  • Go to the Coupons section.

  • Click Create Coupon.

  • Enter a coupon name/code, such as a seasonal code like Summer.

4. Choose what the coupon applies to

  • Decide whether the coupon applies to:

    • All items, or

    • Selected items only

  • Important rule for dollar discounts:

    • The discount cannot be larger than the product’s service fee.

    • Example: if a product has a $50 service fee, the coupon discount cannot exceed $50.

  • If you choose all items, the coupon will not apply to items whose service fee is smaller than the discount amount.

5. Select specific products if needed

  • If you want the coupon to apply only to certain products, select those items manually.

  • Example use case:

    • discounting $50 off tirzepatide in all forms

    • including microdose and full dose

  • This can also apply to labs.

6. Set coupon availability dates

  • Date restrictions are optional.

  • You can either:

    • leave the coupon active indefinitely, or

    • set a start date and end date

  • If you set dates:

    • the coupon becomes available at the start date

    • it expires at 11:59 p.m. in your time zone on the end date

7. Create and manage the coupon after saving

  • Click to create the coupon once all settings are complete.

  • After creation, you can:

    • deactivate it

    • reactivate it

    • edit it later

  • Expired coupons will be marked as expired automatically.

  • Deactivated coupons will be marked as retired.

8. Edit the coupon if your promotion changes

  • You can update the coupon at any time.

  • Common edits include:

    • removing date restrictions

    • adding more products

  • Example:

    • adding Semaglutide to an existing coupon
