Key Steps
1. Activate a New Partner Account 0:00
Go to partner.altroapp.com
If this is your first time logging in and your account has not yet been activated, select Activate.
Use the email address provided during onboarding.
Enter your name, email, and create a password to complete activation.
2. Log In as a Returning Partner 0:22
If you already have an active account, select Log In.
Enter the same email address used to create the account.
Enter your password to access the portal.
Once logged in, review the client information available on the dashboard.
3. Review Client Details and Order Status 0:31
Click on any client to open their profile.
Review detailed client information and any orders they have placed.
Check the status of each order to understand where it is in the fulfillment process.
4. View Documents and Lab Results 0:48
Open the Documents section to access uploaded files.
Review educational information, lab requisitions, and lab results available for both partners and clients.
Click View to open any document.
Use this section to confirm whether required lab documentation is present.
5. Check Order Tracking and Shipment Status 1:04
Go to the Orders section to see all orders.
Review the tracking number and status for each order.
Interpret statuses as follows:
Shipped = the order has been sent.
Paid = the client has paid, but the order has not shipped yet.
Paid also applies to labs, since labs do not require shipping.
6. Manage Offerings and Service Fees 1:39
Open Offerings to view available products and services.
Select an offering to adjust the Service Fee.
Review the Wholesale Price and Client Price.
Understand that the Client Price = Wholesale Price + Service Fee.
Update the Service Fee as needed, then click Save.
Hide any products you do not want clients to see.

Review the Wholesale Price, Service Fee, and Client Price for each item.
Click any product to open its detailed pricing and availability information.

9. Create and Manage Coupons on Pro Plan 3:14
If you are on the Pro Plan, open the Coupons feature.
Create a coupon by entering:
A coupon code
The items it applies to, or select all items
The discount amount
The start date
The end date
Save/create the coupon.
Note that coupons apply to the first payment of all prescriptions.
10. Copy and Share the Storefront Link 3:35
Click Copy Storefront Link in the top-right corner.
Use the copied link to access your portal storefront.
Share the link by:
Adding it to your website, or
Sending it directly to clients.

Open the Help Center from within the portal for guidance and support.

Go to Settings to view the organization name and storefront details.

Check state availability before directing a client to a product.
