Service fees are paid every Monday via direct deposit. Each Monday's payment covers orders from two weeks before (not the week immediately prior). There's a buffer built in so we can confirm orders, cancellations/refunds, and process payouts cleanly.
Payments are automatic. There's no additional work you need to do after you've provided your payment information during onboarding.
Prescriptions auto-refill every four weeks, so service fees recur on every active client.
Please note that while deposits are sent on Mondays, your bank's processing time may vary.
