Lab results are automatically uploaded to the portal when they're ready (typically within 1 week of the bloodwork being done). The client can request an interpretation report by messaging our clinical team. This report is provided as a PDF and gives them a plain language explanation of what the biomarkers mean and potential products they may be interested in. This report is provided at no extra cost for clients who ordered a lab test through Altro.
