Orders placed as subscriptions refill automatically. The monthly check-in questionnaire is optional most months, but required at least every 6 months, and any time your client wants a dose change, since the clinician needs current information to make that call.
If your client does not complete the monthly check-in questionnaire, the clinician keeps their current dose in place.
