As stated in the terms of service, all orders are final sale. Once an order is placed, it can't be canceled and the fees paid are non-refundable, unless the prescription is denied by your clinician. If a product becomes unavailable after you've paid, we'll cancel that order and refund you.
If you received the wrong product or experience issues with your shipment, contact us through the portal and we'll help resolve it.
