A week after completing the lab test, both the client and partner will be able to see the lab results in the portal.
By default, we don't provide an interpretation on labs, as some of our customers prefer to provide this as a service themselves - and we never want to step on our customers' toes!
However, clients can request an interpretation document by messaging us through the "Messages" feature in the portal. Then, our team will create an interpretation document within a few days, and both the client and partner will be able to view the interpretation document through the portal.
