After signing up, please make sure you have completed the onboarding steps here.
Once your portal is ready for activation (typically 1 business day from you completing the onboarding form), we will email you to let you know and provide activation instructions. Check spam if you did not receive them.
Then:
Go to partner.altroapp.com
Click Activate.
Use the same email address you provided on your onboarding form. Using a different email means we can't match your account.
Set a password.
Enter the 6-digit code
Log in.
Once inside, you can:
Manage pricing of products and labs (Pricing → click any item)
View client information (Clients → click on the client's name)
View order status (click a client → Orders)
See state-by-state product availability (Offerings → click any item)
