If you are a new customer: Your portal is created 1-2 business days after you complete the onboarding form, which is sent to you via email immediately after you sign up. If you have not completed the onboarding form, please check your email for an email from us with the link (make sure to check spam)
Then, once your portal is created, we will let you know via email.
To log into the Partner Portal for the first time:
Go to partner.lyvcare.com
Click "Activate"
Enter your email. Make sure to use the same email you entered in the onboarding form - a different email won't match your account.
Set your password
Enter the 6-digit code (sent to your email)
To log into the Partner Portal going forward:
Go to partner.lyvcare.com
Click "Log In"
Enter your email.
Enter your password
If you are still having trouble logging in, and it's not the first time you're logging in:
Confirm you're at the right URL: partner.lyvcare.com
Confirm you're using the email address you provided on your onboarding form.
Reset your password using Forgot password on the login page.
Check your spam folder for the password reset email.
