Your subscription rate is set at signup and remains the same for the duration of your current subscription term.
Product pricing (medications, labs, etc.) reflects what our pharmacy and lab partners charge us and can change over time. Historically, we've been able to negotiate better rates as we've grown, and most changes have been decreases — but we can't guarantee that pattern will continue in every category. When product pricing does change, we notify partners in advance so you have time to update your own pricing if needed.
