Clients handle their own signup, and your branding stays in the top-left corner the whole way, so they always know their access comes through your business.
From there:
Visits your storefront, orders and pays. Your client selects products through your storefront and pays securely.
Completes intake and labs when required. A quick medical intake, with labs done first if the product requires them.
Clinical review. A licensed clinician reviews every order, usually asynchronously. A short video call is required in certain states, for certain treatments, and in more complex cases.
Pharmacy fills and ships. The order is compounded at a 503A or 503B pharmacy and shipped directly to your client.
Order arrives. Your client receives their order and can begin treatment.
Refills continue automatically, so there is no reordering needed.
Start to finish, this typically takes about one week. The biggest factor is how quickly your client responds to portal messages, since clinical review pauses while waiting on a reply.
From there, clients can handle most things themselves: updating shipping, canceling orders, checking order status, messaging the clinical team, and booking labs, so those requests do not have to come to you.
