No. You don't buy medication from Altro to resell, and you can't obtain prescription medication without a valid prescription for the individual client. Reselling medication can be treated as dispensing or selling drugs without the proper license, which is exactly the kind of exposure the model is built to keep you away from.
Instead, the flow is clean: your client requests the product themselves, an independent clinician prescribes when appropriate, a licensed pharmacy fills and ships it, and the client pays Altro directly. You earn a service fee for the coaching and support you provide, without ever touching the medication or the medical decision.
Reselling this way would also breach your Partner Terms of Service, and material breaches can lead to suspension or termination of your partnership.
