Your service fee comes from your client, for facilitating access to services or for your own non-clinical services: coaching, guidance, accountability, and support across nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. Altro processes the payment and passes your fee through to you.
You can choose whether to set a service fee and at what rate. You may choose to not charge a service fee.
No clinician or medical group pays you or is paid by you.
Prescribing is entirely separate. Independent clinicians make every medical decision on their own professional judgment. You don't use your clinical license in this role.
These are cash-pay wellness services. They aren't billed to insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
