Your portal is disabled. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, then your portal closes and you can no longer log in.
Your client relationships are yours. The clients you bring to Altro are your clients, and they stay yours. If you cancel, you keep your relationship with them. They can no longer place new orders through Altro, though anyone mid-treatment can finish an order that has already been prescribed for a limited window after cancellation (generally 90 days, or longer if medically necessary), so no one is cut off abruptly.
Medical records such as labs, prescriptions, and provider notes belong to the licensed medical group that provides care and are governed by HIPAA. Patients can request their own records at any time. As a non-clinical partner, you would not export these records yourself. That is a patient-initiated process under HIPAA.
Your own records. Any coaching notes or records you created in your own system stay with you.
