Advertising medications on social media. This is the nuanced one. Many partners are health coaches, wellness centers, or medspas, and their ads promote coaching, medspa, or wellness services rather than medications. For example, an ad featuring a 'Weight Loss Program' that links to your coaching offerings generally wouldn't require a LegitScript review. But an ad that shows a medication vial and says something like "Get GLP-1s" would typically require certification. If that's the kind of advertising you have in mind, this is the part that applies to you.
