Does the client have to fill out the same medical questionnaire every time they place an order?

Whether clients repeat the full questionnaire for each order, or only answer what's new.

No. Clients don't repeat the same questionnaires for every medication. Once they've completed the standard set of medical intake questionnaires, they only need to answer the parts that are specific to a new medication they're ordering.

For example, if a client previously ordered a GLP-1 and later orders hormone therapy, they'll only answer the questionnaire relevant to hormone therapy. The clinician still reviews each request, but the client isn't re-entering baseline information they've already provided.
