Meta pixel integration is available on the Pro plan. If you're on Pro, here's how to connect it:
1. Log into your partner portal at partner.altroapp.com
2. Go to Marketing in the left-hand menu
3. Click the Analytics tab
4. Enter your Meta Pixel ID and your Conversions API (CAPI) Access Token
5. Click Save Configuration
Once saved, storefront events (like product views, cart changes, and checkouts) will begin flowing to your Meta pixel, typically within about 24 hours.
A quick note on how it works: events are captured server-side as customers move through your storefront, so there's no pixel code to install on your own site. Each event is matched to your customer using hashed identifiers, with no health information attached, and streams to your Meta pixel through the Conversions API to power your campaign reporting, optimization, and retargeting.
