For certain products and in certain states, a brief telehealth visit with the prescribing clinician is required before an order can be approved. This tends to apply to testosterone therapy (including testosterone, hCG, and enclomiphene) and in certain states with specific telehealth rules. The clinician can't review or approve the request until that visit is completed.
When a visit is required for one of these products, it's included at no extra charge.
Requirements like these can change, so the most current information is always shown in your partner portal and on the product page. If a visit is needed, the client will be prompted to schedule it.
