What should I say in my marketing?

How to describe your offering in a way that connects with clients.

We can't tell you exactly what to say, your marketing is yours, and what works depends on your business and your audience. But here are some general ideas to help you think it through.

Talk about the outcome and the experience, not the product. People don't get excited about a medication or a lab panel; they get excited about feeling better, having more energy, or reaching a goal they've struggled with. Lead with that.

A simple way to frame it: name the person you help, the problem they have, and the transformation you offer. For example, "I help busy professionals get their energy and focus back" is stronger than "I offer peptides and lab testing."

Two things to keep in mind as you write:

  • Sell your coaching, support, and the experience of working with you, that's your real differentiator, not the products themselves.

  • Keep it honest and non-clinical. Avoid claiming a product treats, cures, or guarantees anything, and route "is this right for me" questions to the clinician. You can talk about goals and support without making medical promises.

When in doubt, describe the journey and the support you provide, not the prescription.

These are general ideas to get you thinking, not a script. What works best depends on your business, your audience, and the services you offer, so use what fits and make it your own. You know your clients better than anyone.
