A telehealth appointment is not required in most cases. However, if you schedule one, here's what to expect.
After scheduling your telehealth appointment, you will receive an email with your appointment date, time, and a Google Meet link to join. If you do not receive it, please make sure to check spam.
At the time of the appointment, please join on time from a private, well-lit space.
You can reschedule the telehealth appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled. The clinician's time is valuable. If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
