Lab appointments aren't visible in the portal yet. Instead, you should receive an email prompting you to book your appointment, followed by a separate confirmation email with your appointment details once it's scheduled. Check your inbox and spam folder for both.
If you can't find them, send a message through the portal and our support team can look up your appointment details for you.
