To sign up, go to altrohealth.com/pricing, select the plan you are interested in, and complete check out. Please sign up with the business name and email that you intend to use for your portal going forward.
Then, you will receive an email to complete your onboarding form. Make sure to use the same email as in the previous step. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
After you complete the onboarding form, we will create your portal within 1-2 business days and let you know when it's ready! We will also provide educational materials and videos to help you get started. You will receive an email notification when your portal is ready for activation. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your portal.
After activating your portal, log in to access its features. Set your client-facing pricing to ensure your services are ready for clients. Access your unique storefront link, which you can share with clients to promote your services. Explore the available resources, such as training materials, to familiarize yourself with the platform and optimize your experience.
