When ordering, the client may indicate on the intake form that they're already on the medication and upload a photo of their current prescription script or bottle (showing their name, dose, and prescriber name).
The clinician reviews and may continue the prescription at the same dose, when appropriate, rather than restarting the standard titration schedule from the lowest dose.
Please note: without proper documentation from a licensed clinician that prescribed the client, the new prescriber may start the client at the lowest dose for safety or decline prescribing if not appropriate or safe for the client.
