Yes. Pausing lets a client take a break for any number of reasons, whether they still have medication to work through or are traveling, while keeping their subscription active so they don't have to start over later.
Before pausing, it's worth knowing that for some medications, pausing can affect progress and results. Because of that, clients should always check with their clinician before pausing, so they understand how a break might affect their treatment. A client can pause by messaging the support team through their client portal and sharing their situation, and the team will walk them through next steps.
If a client simply has enough product on hand and wants to delay their next order, they can request that too. One thing to keep in mind: once a vial is punctured, it's typically only good for about 28 days, per standard compounding pharmacy guidelines, so it's worth factoring that into how long they delay.
A timing note to share with clients: a pause or delay needs to be requested at least one week before the upcoming autoship date. If the request comes in after that, the order is already in fulfillment and will ship, orders in fulfillment can't be canceled or refunded, since they've been reviewed, accepted, and prepared by the pharmacy. Depending on timing, the change takes effect either on the upcoming order or the one after it.
