Do I need to meet with a clinician as part of my medication review?

Explains when a 15-minute telehealth appointment may be required as part of your medication review.

In most cases, the clinician will review your medical intake form and prescribe asynchronously.

However, depending on your medical history and state requirements, your clinician may determine that a 15-minute telehealth appointment is needed before your treatment can move forward. If the clinical team determines that the video call is required, you will be contact through the portal and the 15-minute telehealth appointment will be provided at no extra cost.

Not everyone needs one, it's decided case by case during your medical review.
